Get out your best Hawaiian shirt and bring along your flip flops (we don’t recommend you drive with them on). It’s time to take our annual drive down to North Carolina’s Outer Banks.  We’re going for Bimmer lunch this month, in July we will convene for Bimmer dinner and then by August, the Bimmer B’fast will return.

As usual, we will meet at the Border Station parking lot in Mayock, NC (100 Caratoke HWY- Rt 168). Drive will commence at 10:30 with our hosts Linda and Bill.  Our journey will take a little more than an hour, traveling from Moyock, through to Currituck County to Coinjock.

We will stop for lunch is the Coinjock Marina’s dockside restaurant The Sandbar, located on the Intercoastal Waterway at Mile Marker 50 (if you’d rather arrive by boat), by land at 323 Water Lily Road in Coinjock, NC.  The rest of the afternoon is yours to explore or head home.
